INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CANADA. 2.1 In accordance with clause 6.3 of the Framework Agreement, the Minister has provided the First Nation with the following information:
(a) a list, attached as Annex “C”, and copies, or access to copies, of all the interests and licences granted by Canada in or in relation to the
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CANADA. 2.1 The Minister has, to the best of the Minister’s knowledge, provided the First Nation with the information required by clause 6.3 of the Framework Agreement, namely:
(a) a list, attached as Annex “C”, and copies, or access to copies, of all the interests and licences granted by Canada in or in relation to the Xxxxxxxxxx First Nation Land that are recorded in the Reserve Land Register and the Surrendered and Designated Lands Register;
(b) a list, attached as Annex “D”, and copies of all existing information in Canada’s possession, respecting any actual or potential environmental problems with the Xxxxxxxxxx First Nation Land; and
(c) a list, attached as Annex “E”, and copies of any other information in Canada’s possession that materially affects the interests and licences mentioned in clause 2.1(a).
2.2 The First Nation has, in writing, acknowledged receipt of all the information provided to it by the Minister.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CANADA. 2.1 In accordance with clause 6.3 of the Framework Agreement, the Minister has provided the First Nation with the following information:
(a) a list, attached as Annex “C”, and copies, or access to copies, of all the interests and licences granted by Canada in or in relation to the

(c) a list, attached as Annex E, and copies of any other information in Canada’s possession that materially affects the interests and licences mentioned in clause 2.1(a).
2.2 The First Nation hereby acknowledges that it has received or been provided access to all the documents referred to in clause 2.1.

(c) a list, attached as Annex “E”, and copies of any other information in Canada’s possession that materially affects the interests and licences mentioned in clause 2.1(a).
2.2 The First Nation hereby acknowledges that it has received or been provided access to all the documents referred to in clause 2.1.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CANADA. 2.1 In accordance with clause 6.3 of the Framework Agreement, the Minister has provided the First Nation with the following information:

(b) a list, attached as Annex “D”, and copies of all existing information in Canada’s possession, respecting any actual or potential environmental problems with the Anishnaabeg of Naongashiing First Nation Land; and
(c) a list, attached as Annex “E”, and copies of any other information in Canada’s possession that materially affects the interests and licences mentioned in clause 2.1(a).
2.2 The First Nation hereby acknowledges that it has received or been provided access to all the documents referred to in clause 2.1.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CANADA. This section confirms that Canada has provided Peguis First Nation with all the information in its possession regarding the Treaty One Lands, including all interests and licences granted by Canada in or in relation to the Treaty One Lands that are recorded in the Reserve Land Register and the Surrendered and Designated Lands Register, all environmental issues respecting these lands and any similar information.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CANADA. This section confirms that Canada has provided the Animbiigoo Zaagi’igan Anishinaabek with all of the information in its possession regarding dispositions of reserve lands, environmental issues on reserve lands and any similar information. Land interests and dispositions are set out in “Annex C”. The information collected during the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) that was conducted in March 2019 is summarized in “Annex D”. The environmental issues were identified in this report and an action plan for the Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is also included. This section also includes any other information in Canada’s possession on monies payable, including information on any arrear of rent as the date of transfer as set out in “Annex E”.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CANADA. This section confirms that Canada has provided the Big Grassy River First Nation with all of the information in its possession regarding dispositions of reserve lands, environmental issues on reserve lands and any similar information. Land interests and dispositions are set out in “Annex C”. The information collected during the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) that was conducted in (insert date of Phase I ESA work) is summarized in “Annex D”. The environmental issues were identified in this report and an action plan for the Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is also included.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CANADA. Confirms that Canada has provided Cowichan Tribes with all the information in its possession regarding dispositions of reserve lands, environmental issues on reserve lands and any similar information.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CANADA. This section confirms that Canada has provided Lower Nicola Indian Band with all the information in its possession regarding dispositions of reserve lands, environmental issues on reserve lands and any similar information. Land interests and Licenses are set out in Annex C. The information collected during the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) as reported in March 31, 2015 is summarized in Annex D. This section also includes any other information in Canada’s possession that materially affects the interests and licenses of Lower Nicola Indian Band as set out in Annex E.
