Information Sharing and Data Handling. 12.1 The Parties will revise their existing Information Sharing Protocol (ISP) to become a tri-partite agreement between Health Board, Council and Integration Joint Board. The current protocol is compliant with the Data Sharing Framework set by the Information Commissioner’s Office and already subsumes data sharing arrangements within Health and Social Care Partnerships. This will be submitted for approval by the existing governance structures of the Parties and to the Integration Joint Board within three months of the Integration Joint Board’s establishment.
