Grade 2 - Technology: Operate equipment; identify and/or rectify minor faults in equipment; edit and save information; produce document from written text using standard format; shutdown equipment. Grade 2 - Organisational: Organise own work schedule; know roles and functions of other employees. Grade 2 - Team: Participate in identifying tasks for team; complete own tasks; assist others to complete tasks. Grade 2 - Business Financial: Reconcile invoices for payment to creditors; prepare statements for debtors; enter payment summaries into journals; post journals to ledger.

Grade 3 - Communication: Respond to telephone, oral and written requests for information; draft routine correspondence; handle sensitive inquiries with tact and discretion. Grade 3 - Enterprise: Clarify specific needs of client/other employees; provide information and advice; follow-up on client/employee needs; clarify the nature of a verbal message; identify options for resolution and act accordingly. Grade 3 - Technology: Maintain equipment; train others in the use of office equipment; select appropriate media; establish document structure; produce documents. Grade 3 - Organisational: Co-ordinate own work routine with others; make and record appointments on behalf of others; make travel and accommodation bookings in line with given itinerary. Grade 3 - Team: Clarify tasks to achieve group goals; negotiate allocation of tasks; monitor own completion of allocated tasks. Grade 3 - Business Financial: Reconcile accounts to balance; prepare bank reconciliations; document and lodge takings at bank; receive and document payment/takings; dispatch statements to debtors; follow up and record outstanding accounts; dispatch payments to creditors; maintain stock control records.
Information Handling. 4.1. Both parties are data controllers, and subject to the data protection principles set out in the DPA. Additionally, as part of Her Majesty’s Government, both DfE and HO must process personal data in compliance with both the mandatory requirements set out in Information Assurance Standard 6 and the Security Policy Framework issued by HM Cabinet Office, when handling, transferring, storing, accessing or destroying information assets.
4.2. Each party will expect the other to have taken every reasonable measure to comply with the above standards and may conduct a risk assessment of the exchange against these requirements.
4.3. The exporting party will ensure that data integrity meets their party’s standards, unless more rigorous or higher standards are required and agreed at the information exchange specific MoU stage.
4.4. DfE and HO must ensure effective measures are in place to manage potential or actual incidents as per Cabinet Office guidance, as defined in its Checklist for Managing Potential Loss of Data or Information.
4.5. Without limiting the exporting party’s legal obligations under Data Protection legislation or otherwise, the receiving party will ensure that they: Only use the information for purposes that are legal under the legal basis on which they received it; Even where not legally required to do so, will, as a courtesy, notify the exporting party if they are going to use the information for any purpose other than that for which they received it (in the event there is an urgent need to share they will be informed as soon as possible afterwards); Store data received securely; Notify the exporting party if they are going to disclose information received from that party to another party or body due to a legal or moral requirement (in the event there is an urgent need to share they will be informed as soon as possible afterwards); Ensure that only people who have a genuine business need to see that data will have access to it; Report any data losses, wrongful disclosures or breaches of security relating to information originating in the other party to the designated contacts immediately (within 24 hours of becoming aware). This includes both advising, and consulting with, the other party on the appropriate steps to take, e.g. notification of the Information Commissioner’s Office or dissemination of any information to the data subjects; Only hold data while there is a business need to keep it and destroy it in line with Governmen...
Information Handling. ▪ Maintain mail register and records. ▪ Use and maintain established filing/records systems in accordance with set procedures including creating and indexing new files, distributing files within the organisation as requested, monitoring file locations.
Information Handling.
a) No party to this Agreement will provide the raw Personal Information obtained under this Agreement to other agencies or any other third party including other parties to this Agreement except as required by law or in order to comply with a court order. For the avoidance of doubt this does not prevent a party that has updated their information based on Personal Information received under this Agreement from disclosing their information.
b) Processes and procedures exist within each party to ensure that information sent under this Agreement is transferred separately from information transferred under other agreements.
c) Processes and procedures exist within each party to ensure that the Personal Information is only used for the purposes specified in this Agreement and remains protected.
d) Processes and procedures exist within each party to ensure that the Personal Information is not held longer than required.
e) Parties may put constraints and / or caveats on information provided under this Agreement. This includes but is not limited to, any constraints and / or caveats that are required to comply with protections imposed by any law or statute other than the Privacy Act, or to take account of legal privilege as defined in the Evidence Xxx 0000.
f) Each party is responsible for ensuring constraints and / or caveats are complied with upon receipt or disclosure of information shared under this Agreement.
g) Each party will handle Adverse Actions they may take in accordance with Clause 9.
h) The PSCID will not be used as a unique identifier by any party other than DIA and the Registrar-General.
i) If the individual the information relates to is resident in the United Kingdom or Europe and the receiving party is subject to the UK Data Protection Xxx 0000 or the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, then the receiving party will provide a copy of their privacy notice to the individual concerned on receipt of the information.
j) No party is obliged to provide any of the requested information to be shared under this Agreement.
k) DIA’s access to and use of photographic images of driver licence holders under this agreement is enabled by section 200(2) of the LTA. Employees of DIA acting in the course of their official duties may access or use photographic images of driver licence holders to verify the identity of a particular individual.
Information Handling. 9.1 Home Office and NHS Digital are data controllers, and as such are subject to the Data Protection Principles set out in the DPA. Additionally as part of Her Majesty’s Government, the Home Office must process personal data in compliance with both the mandatory requirements set out in the Communications Electronic Security Group (CESG) Handling Personal Data Guidance May 2013 (Annex C) and the Security Policy Framework (SPF) issued by HM Cabinet Office April 2014 when handling, transferring, storing, accessing or destroying information assets. 9.2 The Home Office and NHS Digital will expect the other to have taken every reasonable measure to comply with the appropriate data security and information governance standards, and may conduct a risk assessment of the exchange against these requirements.
9.3 The disclosing Participant will ensure that data integrity meets their department’s standards.
9.4 The Home Office and NHS Digital must report any information losses, wrongful disclosures or breaches of security relating to information disclosed under the terms of this MoU, to the designated contacts provided at Annex E immediately (within 24 hours of becoming aware). This includes advising, and consulting with, the other Participant on the appropriate steps to take; e.g. notification of the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Grade 4 - Enterprise: Provide information on current service provision and resource allocation within area of responsibility; identify trends in client requirements. Grade 4 - Technology: Maintain storage media; devise and maintain filing system; set printer for document requirements when various setups are available; design document format; assist and train network users; shutdown network equipment. Grade 4 - Organisational: Manage diary on behalf of others; assist with appointment preparation and follow up for others; organise business itinerary; make meeting arrangements; record minutes of meeting; identify credit facilities; prepare content of documentation for meetings. Grade 4 - Team: Plan work for the team; allocate tasks to members of the team; provide training for team members. Grade 4 - Business Financial: Prepare financial reports; draft financial forecasts/budgets; undertake and document costing procedures.
