INFORMATIONAL MATERIAL. The Subadviser shall provide the Adviser for its review, prior to their use, copies of all informational materials prepared by or on behalf of the Subadvsier, mentioning either Fund, including, but not limited to, advertisements, brochures, and promotional and any other similar materials (the "Informational Materials"), and that such Informational Materials shall conform with, and be disseminated in accordance with, applicable laws.
