INGREDIENTS DISCLOSURE; SPECIAL WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS. If requested by Buyer, Seller shall promptly furnish to Buyer in such form and detail as Buyer may direct: (a) a list of all ingredients in the goods; (b) the amount of all ingredients; and (c) information concerning any changes in or additions to such ingredients. Prior to and with the shipment of the goods, Seller agrees to furnish to Buyer sufficient warning and notice in writing (including appropriate labels on the goods, containers and packing) of any hazardous material that is an ingredient or a part of any of the goods, together with such special handling instructions as may be necessary to advise carriers, Buyer, and their respective employees of how to exercise that measure of care and precaution that will best prevent bodily injury or property damage in the handling, transportation, processing, use or disposal of the goods, containers and packing shipped to Buyer.
INGREDIENTS DISCLOSURE; SPECIAL WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS. From time to time PACCAR is required by law to disclose information concerning the ingredients and materials contained within its Products and Parts. Upon request from PACCAR, Supplier agrees to promptly provide PACCAR with such information relating to the ingredients and materials in the Products that PACCAR may require in order to meet its legal obligations. In addition, Supplier shall promptly furnish to PACCAR in such form and detail as PACCAR may direct: (a) a list of all ingredients in the Products; (b) the amount of one or more ingredients; and (c) information concerning any changes in or additions to such ingredients. Prior to and with the shipment of the Products, Supplier shall furnish sufficient written warning and notice (including appropriate labels on Products, containers and packing) of any hazardous material which is an ingredient or a part of the Products, together with such special handling instructions necessary to advise carriers, PACCAR and their respective employees of how to exercise that measure of care and precaution which will best prevent bodily injury or property damage in the handling, transportation, processing, use, or disposal of the Products, containers and/or packing.

УКАЗАНИЕ ИНФОРМАЦИИ О КОМПОНЕНТАХ; СПЕЦИАЛЬНЫЕ ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЯ И УКАЗАНИЯ: По требованию Покупателя Продавец обязан незамедлительно предоставить Покупателю в таком виде и с такими подробностями, которые Покупатель может потребовать: (a) список всех компонентов, входящих в состав Товаров; (b) количественные доли всех компонентов и (c) сведения, касающиеся любых изменений или дополнений в отношении таких компонентов. До осуществления отгрузки и вместе с партией Товаров Продавец обязуется направить Покупателю соответствующие письменные предупреждения и уведомления (включая необходимые этикетки на Товарах, контейнерах и упаковке) о наличии опасных материалов, являющихся компонентами или входящих в состав любого из Товаров, а также предоставить такие специальные инструкции по обращению с Товарами, которые могут быть необходимы для информирования перевозчиков, Покупателя и их работников, соответственно, в связи с осуществлением мер безопасности и предосторожности, которые способны максимально предотвратить телесные повреждения или материальный ущерб в ходе погрузки-разгрузки, транспортировки, обработки, использования или ликвидации Товаров, контейнеров и упаковки, поставленных Покупателю.

(b) Xxxxx to and with the shipment of the Goods, Xxxxxx agrees to furnish to Buyer:
i. sufficient warning and notice in writing (including appropriate labels on the Goods, containers and packing) of any hazardous material that is an ingredient or a part of any of the Goods, and
ii. such special handling instructions as may be necessary to advise carriers, Buyer, and their respective employees of how to exercise the measure of care and precaution that will best prevent bodily injury or property damage in the handling, transportation, processing, use or disposal of the Goods, containers and packing shipped to Buyer.

Prior to and with the shipment of the goods, Seller agrees to furnish to Buyer sufficient warning and notice in writing (including appropriate labels on the goods, containers, and packing) of any hazardous material that is an ingredient or a part of any of the goods, together with such special handling instructions as may be necessary to advise carriers, Buyer, and their respective employees of how to exercise that measure of care and precaution that will best prevent bodily injury or property damage in the handling, transportation, processing, use or disposal of the goods, containers and packing shipped to Buyer.

At least ten (10) Business Days prior to, as well as in connection with, the shipment of the Product from Xxxxxxx Pass or the Alternate Location, as the case may be, Supplier agrees to furnish to Buyer written warning and notice (including, without limitation, appropriate labels on the goods, containers and packing) of any dangerous goods or hazardous material that forms part of any shipment of Products, together with such special handling instructions as may be necessary to advise carriers, Buyer, and their respective employees of how to exercise that measure of care and precaution that will comply with any applicable laws or regulations and best prevent bodily injury or property damage in the handling, transportation, processing, use or disposal of the Products, containers and packing shipped to Buyer from Xxxxxxx Pass or the Alternate Location.

If requested by Xxxxx, Seller shall promptly furnish to Buyer in such form and detail as Buyer may direct: (a) a list of all ingredients, specifications, assembly and wiring diagrams and component part descriptions related to the goods provided by Seller to Buyer; (b) the quantities of each of the foregoing; and (c) information concerning any changes in or additions to any of the foregoing. Prior to and with the shipment of the goods, Seller agrees to furnish to Buyer sufficient warning and notice in writing (including appropriate labels on the goods, containers and packing) of any hazardous material that is an ingredient or a part of any of the goods, together with such special handling instructions as may be necessary to advise carriers, Buyer, and their respective employees of how to exercise that measure of care and precaution that will best prevent bodily injury or property damage in the handling, transportation, processing, use or disposal of the goods, containers and packing shipped to Buyer. Seller shall also comply with all applicable laws regarding any warning labels or other alerts which must be given to either Buyer or any end user of the goods supplied by Seller to Buyer.

Seller will promptly furnish to Buyer in such form and detail as Buyer may direct: (a) a list of all ingredients and materials incorporated in the goods; (b) the amount of such ingredients and materials; and (c) information concerning any changes in or additions to such ingredients and materials. Prior to and with the shipment of the goods, Seller agrees to furnish to Buyer sufficient advance warning and notice, in writing (including, without limitation, appropriate labels on the goods, containers and packing), of any dangerous goods or hazardous material that is an ingredient or a part of any shipment of goods, together with such special handling instructions as may be necessary to advise carriers, Buyer and their respective employees of how to exercise that measure of care and precaution that will comply with any applicable laws or regulations and best prevent bodily injury or property damage in the handling, transportation, processing, use or disposal of the goods, containers and packing shipped to Buyer. Upon Xxxxx’s request, Seller will certify to Buyer in writing the origin of any ingredients or materials in the goods. Seller will promptly provide, in writing, any information regarding the goods requested by Buyer so that Buyer may comply in a timely manner with reporting requirements under applicable law with respect to consumer protection, "conflict minerals" or similar materials or ingredients, if any.

If requested by UCAL, Seller shall promptly furnish to UCAL in such form and detail as UCAL may direct: (a) a list of all ingredients in the Products; (b) the amount of all ingredients; and (c) information concerning any changes in or additions to such ingredients. Prior to and with the shipment of the Products, Seller agrees to furnish to UCAL sufficient warning and notice in writing (including appropriate labels on the Products, containers and packing) of any hazardous material that is an ingredient or a part of any of the Products, together with such special handling instructions as may be necessary to advise carriers, UCAL, and their respective employees of how to exercise that measure of care and precaution that will best prevent bodily injury or property damage in the handling, transportation, processing, use or disposal of the Products, containers and packing shipped to UCAL.
INGREDIENTS DISCLOSURE; SPECIAL WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS. If requested by Xxxxx, Seller shall promptly furnish to Buyer in such form and detail as Buyer may direct: (a) a list of all ingredients in the goods; (b) the amount of all ingredients; and
