Ingress and Egress Easements. [1a] grants to [2a], and its tenants, licensees, business invitees, employees, agents, successors and assigns, and they shall have the use of, a non-exclusive right-of-way and easement for ingress and egress for vehicular and pedestrian traffic on, over, upon, across or through the [1a] Easement Area, consisting of a rectangular parcel (20' x 98') more particularly described as having a width of twenty (20) feet running to the south of the common east/west boundary line of Lot ___ and Lot ___, and a length of ninety-eight (98) feet running to the east from the west boundary line of Lot ___. [2a] grants to [1a], and its tenants, licensees, business invitees, employees, agents, successors and assigns, and they shall have the use of, a non-exclusive right-of-way and easement for ingress and egress for vehicular and pedestrian traffic on, over, upon, across or through the [2a] Easement Area, consisting of a rectangular parcel (20' x 104') more particularly described as having a width of twenty (20) feet running to the north of the common east/west boundary line of Lot ___ and Lot ___, and a length of one hundred four (104) feet running to the east of the west boundary line of Lot ___.

  • Ingress and Egress Seller represents that there is ingress and egress to the Real Property and title to 400 the Real Property is insurable in accordance with STANDARD A without exception for lack of legal right of access.

  • Access Easement The Owner shall grant to VBWD the necessary easements and rights-of-way and/or maintain perpetual access from public rights-of-way to the Facility for VBWD, its agent, or contractor.

  • Utility Easements 2.1 Some properties may at the discretion of the Developer be subject to easements in favour of suppliers of water, power, gas, telephone, internet and wastewater utilities and services, including SaskPower for location of a transformer and SaskTel. The Property Owner acknowledges that the location of any transformer and which lots will be affected by any such easements, will not be known until such utility and service providers complete their design work and the Developer has negotiated the terms and conditions thereof. The Property Owner further specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Property may be subject to any such easement, and that the same shall not affect or result in a decrease or abatement of the purchase price of the Property.

  • Grant of Easements Provided no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, Landlord will join in granting and, if necessary, modifying or abandoning such rights-of-way, easements and other interests as may be reasonably requested by Tenant for ingress and egress, and electric, telephone, gas, water, sewer and other utilities so long as:

  • Conservation Easement School shall abide by the terms of the Easement, attached as Exhibit “D” and granted by the District to Authority.   • Rights of Ingress and Egress The rights of ingress to, and egress from, Government facilities for the Contractor's personnel must be specified in the task order. Specific federally-controlled facilities or those areas located within a given facility may have additional security clearance requirements must be specified in the task order. Contractor employees, including Subcontractor employees, shall have in their possession, at all times while working, the specific Government identification credential issued by the Government. The identification credential shall be displayed and be visible at all times while on Government property. During all operations on Government premises, the Contractor's personnel shall comply with the rules and regulations governing the facility access policies and the conduct of personnel. The Government reserves the right to require Contractor personnel to "sign-in" upon entry and "sign-out" upon departure from the Government facilities. The Contactor shall be responsible for ensuring that all identification credentials are returned to the issuing agency whenever contract employees leave the contract, when the task order has been completed, employees leave the company, or employees are dismissed or terminated. The Contractor shall notify the issuing agency whenever employee badges are lost.

  • Easements Lessor reserves to itself the right, from time to time, to grant such easements, rights and dedications that Lessor deems necessary or desirable, and to cause the recordation of Parcel Maps and restrictions, so long as such easements, rights, dedications, Maps and restrictions do not unreasonably interfere with the use of the Premises by Lessee. Lessee shall sign any of the aforementioned documents upon request of Lessor and failure to do so shall constitute a material breach of this Lease.

  • Grant of Easement Subject to clauses 2 to 4 inclusive of this Part, the Water Authority will grant to the Joint Venturers an easement over the Water Authority Land in accordance with clause 5 of this Part.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section. The City’s right of access granted under this Section shall terminate upon issuance by the City of the Redeveloper’s Certificate of Completion of Redeveloper Improvements. Notwithstanding the above, Redeveloper shall not be relieved of the provisions contained in Chapter 14.29 of the Lincoln Municipal Code regarding the use of streets for private construction purposes.

  • Access Roads The Company is to construct a public access road from Xxxxx Avenue to the Town Centre together with all other roads shown on the Land Tenure Plan. All roads are to be paved and drained to the satisfaction of the City.
