Common use of Initial Dialogue Clause in Contracts

Initial Dialogue. The initiating party(s) and the responding party(s) shall meet to identify, discuss, and resolve the issue in dispute. All relevant information and documentation are to be shared at this step in order to enable the parties to fully understand the issue and maximize the potential for resolution. This could occur at the JCC. The resolution discussions shall be initiated with fourteen (14) days of the date the issue is identified, unless it is agreed that such resolution discussions will occur at the next JCC meeting.
