Initial Effort. The Parties agree that the Designated DIR Representative and the Successful Respondent Account Manager shall attempt in good faith to resolve all disputes (other than those described in Section 19.1(e) or 20.8). In the event the Designated DIR Representative and the Successful Respondent Account Manager are unable to resolve a dispute in an amount of time that either Party deems reasonable under the circumstances, such Party may refer the dispute for resolution to the senior executives specified in Section 19.1(b) below upon notice to the other Party.
