Section 12.1.5. 41 The District shall provide tort liability coverage for all employees subject to the Agreement.

Section 12.1.5. 22 The insurance package costs in excess of the District's monthly contribution or available insurance 24 "Section 125/Cafeteria" type program/plan shall be implemented at the employee's option, to 25 cover out-of-pocket employee insurance premium costs, not covered by the District insurance 26 contribution or the insurance pool.

Section 12.1.5. 2 Pursuant to RCW 28A.400.275, the parties agree to abide by state laws relating to school 3 district employee benefits. The parties acknowledge that the above insurance agreement is for 4 a term of one (1) year, subject to automatic extension for the ensuing year in the absence of 5 written notice, otherwise, by one party to the other prior to May 1 of each year.
