Initial Grace. Period shall mean the period between the Closing Date and when the company begins producing revenue; not to exceed 6 months from the Closing Date.

Anniversary Date A regular employee’s initial date of current employment with the Employer as a regular employee shall be her anniversary date for the purpose of determining benefits and for the purpose of determining increment anniversary date. (Reference Article 6.05 - Superior Benefits and Article 12.03 - Increments).
Supported Initial and Renewal Registration Periods a. Initial registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms of up to ten years.
Anniversary Dates Except as may otherwise be provided for in deep class resolutions, anniversary dates will be set as follows:
Renewal Date The renewal date for the Contract is January 1 of each year. This Contract; will automatically renew each year on the renewal date unless otherwise terminated by Us, as permitted by this Contract, or by the Subscriber upon 30 days’ prior written notice to Us.
Initial Term The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.
Original Term The weighted average original term for the Receivables is at least 65 months.
Initial Registration Periods Initial registrations of registered names may be made in the registry in one (1) year increments for up to a maximum of ten (10) years. For the avoidance of doubt, initial registrations of registered names may not exceed ten (10) years.
Primary Term This lease is for a primary term of seven (7) years beginning January 1st, 2021.

Starting Date Unless a specific (fixed) starting date is duly justified and agreed upon during the preparation of the Grant Agreement, the project will start on the first day of the month following the entry info force of the Grant Agreement (NB : entry into force = signature by the Commission). Please note that if a fixed starting date is used, you will be required to provide a detailed justification on a separate note.
