Common use of Initial Meeting Clause in Contracts

Initial Meeting. For personnel being evaluated, the supervisor shall meet with the employee no later than October 31st of the fiscal year in which the employee will be evaluated. The following shall be discussed: a. Employee’s job description; b. Employee’s specific job assignment; c. Explanation of the evaluation procedure to be followed and the Classified Evaluation Form to be used.
