Initial Program and Budget. The Initial Program and Budget to which both Members have agreed is adopted and is attached as Exhibit G.

Aberdeen shall have the right upon completion of the Expenditure Commitment to review or audit, at its own expense, the expenditures made pursuant to the Initial Program and Budget to confirm that the expenditures related to exploration/Development/ Feasibility Study activities on the Los Diablillos Project.
Initial Program and Budget. The Development Plan is the initial Program and Budget and has been approved by the Board (as constituted prior to the date hereof). The initial Program and Budget may be amended, modified, and revised from time to time subject to approval by the Board, including, if then required, approval by the Board in accordance with Section 2.3(a)(iv).
