Monthly Budget. On or before the 5th day of each calendar month during the term hereof, the Law Firm shall prepare and provide to the Client a written budget for that month for the Law Firm’s legal fees under Paragraph 4 and Enforcement Expenses under Paragraph 5.
Monthly Budget to deliver to the Lender, within 10 days of the end of each month, the Budget for the following month;
Monthly Budget. The Company shall comply with the Quarterly Budget Forecast attached hereto as Schedule 4.18 (the “Quarterly Budget Forecast”). Any failure by the Company to comply with the Quarterly Budget Forecast within a variance of plus or minus 10% or with the Agreed Use of Proceeds Schedule shall constitute an event of default under the Existing Debentures and the Bridge Notes.
Monthly Budget. A. Client has set its initial monthly budget at $ (“Monthly Budget”).
Monthly Budget. Each month the Manager, in consultation with the Business, will allocate to the Business Compensation Pool the Budget Percentage of the Business Collections received during the prior month, less any shortfalls carried forward from previous allocations as described in Section 2.6(b). The Budget Percentage will be set forth by the Manager from time to time on Exhibit 2.6.
Monthly Budget. The monthly operating budget of CML and its Subsidiaries for the period from March 1, 1998 through July 31, 1998 delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders on or prior to the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date and attached as ANNEX A to Amendment No. 1 to Credit Agreement, such Monthly Budget including a report of each Borrower's projected monthly outstandings (including Loans and Letter of Credit Exposure), Overadvances, Borrowing Base availability, Accounts Payable and Accrued Expenses.
Monthly Budget. Within three (3) Business Days prior to the end of each Fiscal Month, a budget (each, a "Budget") of Borrower and its Subsidiaries, in substantially the form and containing similar information as the Original Budget, certified by an officer of Borrower;
Monthly Budget. On a monthly basis, Indemnitors shall provide to Surety a budget of anticipated revenues from the Contracts, estimated expenses, and any other payments that Indemnitors anticipate will be required or requested from Surety.

As soon as available and in any event not later than 25 days after the end of each calendar month, commencing April 1, 2009, a monthly budget for the 12 months following such calendar month end setting forth the Borrower’s projections for production volumes, revenues, expenses, taxes and budgeted capital expenditures during such period;

Agents and the Lenders shall have received, (i) the initial 13-Week Cash Forecast, in form and substance satisfactory to Agents, and (ii) the initial Monthly Budget, in form and substance satisfactory to Agents and Requisite Lenders (provided that such Monthly Budget shall be deemed satisfactory to Requisite Lenders so long as it is substantially in the form delivered to Agents and Lenders most recently on or prior to the date which is three days prior to the proposed Closing Date, unless Requisite Lenders shall have notified Agents on or prior to such proposed Closing Date of their objection thereto).
