Common use of Initial Review Clause in Contracts

Initial Review. Within 20 Business Days after the Utility notifies the Interconnection Customer ithas received a complete Interconnection Request pursuant to Section 1.3, the Utility shall perform an initial review using the screens set forth below, shall notify the Interconnection Customer of the results, and include with the notification copies of the analysis and data underlying the Utility's determinations under the screens.

Initial Review. Within 20 15 Business Days after the Utility notifies the Interconnection Customer ithas it has received a complete Interconnection Request pursuant to Section 1.3Request, the Utility shall perform an initial review using the screens set forth below, shall notify the Interconnection Customer of the results, and include with the notification copies of the analysis and data underlying the Utility's ’s determinations under the screens.

Within 20 15 Business Days after the Utility notifies the Interconnection Customer ithas it has received a complete Interconnection Request pursuant to Section 1.31.5 and the Utility has preliminarily determined that the Interconnection Request is not interdependent with more than one Interconnection Request with lower Queue Numbers under Section 1.9, the Utility shall perform an initial review using the screens set forth below, shall notify the Interconnection Customer of the results, and include with the notification copies of the analysis and data underlying the Utility's determinations under the screens.
