Initial Review. Within 15 Business Days after the ISO notifies the Interconnection Customer it has received a complete Interconnection Request, the ISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall perform an initial review using the screens set forth below, shall notify the Interconnection Customer of the results, and include with the notification copies of the analysis and data underlying the determinations under the screens.
