Common use of Initial Review Clause in Contracts

Initial Review. After the Cooperative notifies the Interconnection Member it has received a complete Interconnection Request, the Cooperative will perform an initial review using the screens described below in Section 3.3.

After the Cooperative notifies the Interconnection Member Customer it has received a complete Interconnection RequestRequest pursuant to Section 1 . 4 , the Cooperative will perform an initial review using the screens described below in Section 3.3set forth below, will notify the Interconnection Customer of the results, and include with the notification copies of the analysis and data underlying the Cooperative's determinations under the screens.
