Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on November 1, 2014, at which time the Service and Transportation Agreements between Buyer and Seller dated May 9, 2002, shall terminate.

Eastern Time on November October 1, 20142013, at which time the Service and Transportation Agreements between Buyer or as soon thereafter as Xxxxx and Seller dated May 9, 2002, shall terminatehave their respective facilities installed.

Eastern Time on November February 1, 20142013 , at which time the Service and Transportation Agreements between Buyer or as soon thereafter as Xxxxx and Seller dated May 9, 2002, shall terminatehave their respective facilities installed.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on November April 1, 2014, at which time the Service and Transportation Agreements between Buyer and Seller dated May 9, 2002, shall terminate.

Eastern Time on November March 1, 20142008, at which time the Service and Transportation Agreements between Buyer or as soon thereafter as Xxxxx and Seller dated May 9, 2002, shall terminatehave their respective facilities installed.
