Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June 1, 2006, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June July 1, 20062012, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installedat which time the SCEG06-010 30, 2009, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June November 1, 20062012, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June 1, 20062018, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed, at which time the Agreement between Buyer .and Seller dated July 26, 2017, shall terminate.

Eastern Time on June November 1, 20062014, or as soon thereafter as at which time the Service and Transportation Agreements between Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated May 9, 2002, shall terminate.
