INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on November 1, 2014, at which time the Service and Transportation Agreements between Buyer and Seller dated May 9, 2002, shall terminate.
INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time on January 1, 1998 or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed.
INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on March 1, 2013, or as soon thereafter as Xxxxx and Seller have their respective facilities installed. OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on March 1, 2013, and shall continue in full force and effect through February 28,2018, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.
INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June 1, 2004, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated April 12, 2000, shall terminate.

Eastern Time on April I, 2013, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed. OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on April 1, 2013, and shall continue in full force and effect through March 31,2018, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on December 1, 2006, at which time the Service Agreement between Xxxxx Farms, Inc. (Xxxxx Processing, Inc. and Xxxxx Broilers, Inc.) and Seller dated April 23, 1996 and as amended on June 10, 1999, shall terminate.
INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on December 1, 2013, at which time Service Agreement between Xxxxxx lndustries Die Casting LLC, and Seller dated February 1, 2013, shall terminate.
INITIAL SERVICE. Iron Mountain will provide the Software Service described in any Schedule to Customer for the Subscription Period specified therein according to such Schedule.
INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on January 1, 2005, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated November 7, 1997, shall terminate. , TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January 1, 2005, and shall continue in full force and effect through December 31, 2008, at which time another four (4) year term will begin unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term. , RATE Buyer agrees to pay Seller each month for all gas delivered by Seller dm'ing the month at the Base Rate or the Competitive Fuel Rate, whichever shall be applicable. Gas volumes will be con'ected for BTU content, pressure, temperature, supercompressibility, specific gravity, and other factors where applicable.
(A) BASE RATE 1NTERRUPTIBLE GAS, PRIORITY-OF-SERVICE CATEGORY 9 Each month, the Base Rate for dally volumes of Interruptible Gas delivered by Seller to Buyer in Priority-of-Se_Mce Category 9 shall be seventy-six cents ($0.76) per dekatherm plus Seller's "Cost of Gas". Seller's "Cost of Gas" shall be determined according to the method shown in Exhibit A attached hereto, as may be amended or superseded by the Public Service Commission of South Carolina, and is incorporated in and made a part of this Service Agreement. In addition to the Base Rate, the amount of any new or additional taxes imposed directly on the purchase or sale of gas delivered hereunder shall be added.
