Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 1, 2007, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group and Seller dated July 11, 2006, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1, 2007, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 2008, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 1, 20072006, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group Nucor Building Systems and Seller dated July 11June 24, 20061996, shall terminate. ° , TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1, 20072006, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 20082007, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on September March 1, 20072013, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group or as soon thereafter as Xxxxx and Seller dated July 11, 2006, shall terminatehave their respective facilities installed. ° TERM SCEG06-010 OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1March I, 20072013, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 2008February 28,2018, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the ofthe original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on September 1, 20072014, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller dated July 11, 2006, shall terminatehave their respective facilities installed. ° TERM SCEG06-010 OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1, 20072014, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 20082019, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas Natural Gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September February 1, 20072006, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group Pirelli Power Cables and Systems USA, LLC and Seller dated July 11November 15, 20062004, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September February 1, 20072006, and shall continue in full force and effect through August January 31, 20082007, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one one-month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on September 1, 2007, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group and Seller dated July 11, 2006, shall terminateFebruary 1,2013. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September February 1, 20072013, and shall continue in full force and effect through August January 31, 20082014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September March 1, 20072008, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group or as soon thereafter as Xxxxx and Seller dated July 11have their respective facilities installed. SCEG06-010 , 2006, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September March 1, 20072008, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31February 28, 20082009, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on September August 1, 20072012, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group and Seller dated July 11, 2006, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September August 1, 20072012, and shall continue in full force and effect through August July 31, 20082013, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September February 1, 20072008, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group Providence Hospital and Seller dated July 11February 10, 20061997, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September February 1, 20072008, and shall continue in full force and effect through August January 31, 20082009, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and condition~ ofthis Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 1May I, 20072018, at cit which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group Buyer and Seller dated July 11April 3, 20062009, and as amended on October 14, 2015 and February 7, 2017, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1, 2007, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 2008, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on September 1April I, 20072013, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller dated July 11, 2006, shall terminatehave their respective facilities installed. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September April 1, 20072013, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 2008March 31,2018, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on September April 1, 20072012, at which time the Agreement For Transportation Service Agreement With Firm Gas Standby between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group Buyer and Seller dated July January 11, 20061996, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September April 1, 20072012, and shall continue in full force and effect through August March 31, 20082013 , and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September July 1, 20072012, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group or as soon as Buyer and Seller dated July 11, 2006, shall terminatehave their respective facilities installed. ° TERM SCEG06-0IO OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September July 1, 20072012, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31June 30, 20082017, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 1, 20071,2013, at which time the Service Agreement between MUFC Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group Energy Plant, LLC and Seller dated July 11, 200621,2005, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1, 20072013, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 20082014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on September 1, 2007, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group and Seller dated July 11, 2006, shall terminateNovember 1,2013. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September November 1, 20072013, and shall continue in full force and effect through August October 31, 20082018, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September January 1, 2007, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group Safety-Kleen Corp. and Seller dated July 11June 12, 20061997, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September January 1, 2007, and shall continue in full force and effect through August December 31, 20082007, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. 8:00 A.M Eastern Time on September 1October l, 20071996, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group Buyer and Seller dated July 11October 14, 20061994, shall terminate. ° , TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September October 1, 20071996, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31September 30, 20081997, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms tenns and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. AM. Eastern Time on September July 1, 20072013, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group Buyer and Seller dated July 11August 28, 20061996, shall terminatetenninate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1, 2007July 1,2013, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31June 30, 20082014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate telminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September August 1, 20072013, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group Buyer and Seller dated July 11October 3, 20061997, shall terminate. ° 6, TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September August 1, 20072013, and shall continue in full force and effect through August July 31, 20082014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 1, 20071,2012, at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group Buyer and Seller dated July 11November 17, 20062004, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1, 20072012, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 20082013, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate te=inate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term te= or any one anyone month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on September October 1, 20072006. , at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group and Seller dated July 11, 2006, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September October 1, 20072006, and shall continue in :full force and effect through August 31September 30, 20082007, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.
