Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time on January 1, 1998 or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 8:00 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on January November 1, 1998 or as soon thereafter as 2016, at which time the Service and Transportation Agreements between Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed.dated January 29, 2009, shall tenninate,

Eastern Time on January 1March I, 1998 or as soon thereafter as 2012, at which time the Agreement For Transportation Service With Xxxx Gas Standby between Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated December 10,2009, shall tenninate.
