Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on March 1, 2013, or as soon thereafter as Xxxxx and Seller have their respective facilities installed. OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on March 1, 2013, and shall continue in full force and effect through February 28,2018, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. 8:00 A.M Eastern Time on March 1October l, 20131996, or as soon thereafter as Xxxxx at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated October 14, 1994, shall terminate. , TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on March October 1, 20131996, and shall continue in full force and effect through February 28,2018September 30, 1997, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone any one month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on March 1, 2013, or as soon thereafter as Xxxxx and Seller have their respective facilities installedNovember 1,2013. OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on March November 1, 2013, and shall continue in full force and effect through February 28,2018October 31, 2018, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on March January 1, 20132007, or as soon thereafter as Xxxxx at which time the Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated June 12, 1997, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on March January 1, 20132007, and shall continue in full force and effect through February 28,2018December 31, 2007, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone any one month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on March July 1, 20132012, or as soon thereafter as Xxxxx Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed. OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on March July 1, 20132012, and shall continue in full force and effect through February 28,2018June 30, 2017, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on March September 1, 20132014, or as soon thereafter as Xxxxx Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed. OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on March September 1, 20132014, and shall continue in full force and effect through February 28,2018August 31, 2019, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on March February 1, 20132008, or as soon thereafter as Xxxxx at which time the Service Agreement between Providence Hospital and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated February 10, 1997, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on March February 1, 20132008, and shall continue in full force and effect through February 28,2018January 31, 2009, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone any one month extension thereof.
