Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July 1, 2004, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated May 25, 2000, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July March 1, 20042013, at which time the Service Agreement between or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller dated May 25, 2000, shall terminatehave their respective facilities installed.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July April 1, 20041997, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated May 25April 2, 20001990 and as amended on November 26, 1996, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. 8:00 A.M Eastern Time on July 1October l, 20041996, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated May 25October 14, 20001994, shall terminate. , TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on October 1, 1996, and shall continue in full force and effect through September 30, 1997, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July 1, 2004November 1,2011, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated May March 17, 1997, and as amended on September 25, 20002006, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July October 1, 2004, at which time the #47582 Rev 7/04 Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller SCPC dated May 25March 1, 1998, and as amended on April 1, 2000, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Eastem Time on July 1September 20, 20042016, at which time the Agreement For Transportation Service Agreement With Firm Gas Standby between Buyer Xxxxxxxx OPCO LLC D/B/A Maniott Columbia and Seller dated May 25July 23, 20002012, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July June 1, 2004, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated May 25, 2000, shall terminate2008.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July 1, 2004November 1,2015, at which time the Service Agreement and Transportation Agreements between Buyer and Seller dated May 25September 12, 20002006, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July January 1, 20042015, at which time the Agreement For Transportation Service Agreement With Firm Gas Standby between Buyer and Seller dated May 25January 14, 20002014, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July 1, 2004January 1,2013, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer MeadWestvaco Corporation and Seller dated May 25July 9, 20002008, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July June 1, 20042008, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated May 25April 8, 20002005, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July June 1, 20042012, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated May 25, 2000SCEG06-010 2009, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas Natural Gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July 1, 2004the effective date of this Agreement, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller SCPC dated May 25October 14, 20001985 and as amended on October 10, 1990, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July October 1, 20042003, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer Seller and Seller Providence Hospital NE dated May 25March 20, 2000, 2000 shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July October 1, 2004, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated May 25October 30, 20001997, and as amend on January 5, 1998 and on January 19, 1998, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July June 1, 2004, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated May 25April 12, 2000, shall terminate.
