Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on March I, 2012, at which time the Agreement For Transportation Service With Xxxx Gas Standby between Buyer and Seller dated December 10,2009, shall tenninate.
