Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June 1, 2004, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated April 12, 2000, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Eastem Time on June 1September 20, 20042016, at which time the Agreement For Transportation Service Agreement With Firm Gas Standby between Buyer Xxxxxxxx OPCO LLC D/B/A Maniott Columbia and Seller dated April 12July 23, 20002012, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June 1, 2004November 1,2011, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated April 12March 17, 20001997, and as amended on September 25, 2006, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas Natural Gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June 1, 2004the effective date of this Agreement, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller SCPC dated April 12October 14, 20001985 and as amended on October 10, 1990, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June April 1, 20041997, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated April 122, 20001990 and as amended on November 26, 1996, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June October 1, 2004, at which time the #47582 Rev 7/04 Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller SCPC dated March 1, 1998, and as amended on April 121, 2000, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June 1, 20042008, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated April 128, 20002005, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June October 1, 20042003, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer Seller and Seller Providence Hospital NE dated April 12March 20, 2000, 2000 shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June October 1, 2004, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated April 12October 30, 20001997, and as amend on January 5, 1998 and on January 19, 1998, shall terminate.
