Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on April I, 2013, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed. OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on April 1, 2013, and shall continue in full force and effect through March 31,2018, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on April ISeptember 1, 20132007, or as soon thereafter as Buyer at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated July 11, 2006, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on April September 1, 20132007, and shall continue in full force and effect through March 31,2018August 31, 2008, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone any one month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on April IAugust 1, 2013, or as soon thereafter as at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated October 3, 1997, shall terminate. 6, TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on April August 1, 2013, and shall continue in full force and effect through March 31,2018July 31, 2014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on April 1, 2013July 1,2013, and shall continue in full force and effect through March 31,2018June 30, 2014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate telminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on April ISeptember 1, 20132006, or as soon thereafter as Buyer at which time the Service Agreement between Nucor Building Systems and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated June 24, 1996, shall terminate. , TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on April September 1, 20132006, and shall continue in full force and effect through March 31,2018August 31, 2007, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone any one month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on April ISeptember 1,2013, 2013at which time the Service Agreement between MUFC Central Energy Plant, or as soon thereafter as Buyer LLC and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated July 21,2005, shall terminate. OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on April September 1, 2013, and shall continue in full force and effect through March 31,2018August 31, 2014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas Natural Gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on April IFebruary 1, 20132006, or as soon thereafter as Buyer at which time the Service Agreement between Pirelli Power Cables and Systems USA, LLC and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated November 15, 2004, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on April February 1, 20132006, and shall continue in full force and effect through March 31,2018January 31, 2007, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone any one-month extension thereof.

OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on April September 1, 20132012, and shall continue in full force and effect through March 31,2018August 31, 2013, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate te=inate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term te= or anyone month extension thereof.
