Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on December 1, 2006, at which time the Service Agreement between Xxxxx Farms, Inc. (Xxxxx Processing, Inc. and Xxxxx Broilers, Inc.) and Seller dated April 23, 1996 and as amended on June 10, 1999, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on December April 1, 20062007, at which time the ' 3 Service Agreement between Xxxxx Farms, Inc. (Xxxxx Processing, Inc. and Xxxxx Broilers, Inc.) Saint Xxxxxx Medical Center and Seller dated April 23December 1, 1996 and as amended on June 10, 19992003, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on December 1January 5, 20062007, at which time the Service Agreement between Xxxxx Farms, Inc. (Xxxxx Processing, Inc. and Xxxxx Broilers, Inc.) Xxxx Corporation and Seller dated April 23September 29, 1996 and as amended on June 10, 19992004, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on December April 1, 20062007, at which time the Service Agreement between Xxxxx Farms, Inc. (Xxxxx ProcessingXxxx-X-Xxxx, Inc. and Xxxxx Broilers, Inc.) and Seller dated April 23February 6, 1996 and as amended on June 10, 19991997, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on December November 1, 20062007, at which time the Service Agreement For Transporation With Firm Gas Standby between Xxxxx Farms, Inc. (Xxxxx Processing, Inc. and Xxxxx BroilersXxxxxxxxxx-Lubeca Plastic Containers USA, Inc.) and Seller , dated April 23December 15, 1996 and as amended on June 10, 19992000, shall terminate.
