Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on December 1, 2013, at which time SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Xxxxxx lndustries Die Casting LLC, and Seller dated February 1, 2013, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on December 1, 2013January 1,2014, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between R. E. Xxxxxx lndustries Die Casting LLCCompany, Inc., and Seller dated February 1, 2013December 16,2013, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on December February 1, 20132015, at which time SCEG06-010 the Service Agreement between Xxxxxx lndustries Die Casting LLC, Buyer and Seller dated February 1September 11, 20132012, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on December April 1, 20132007, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Xxxxxx lndustries Die Casting LLCXxxx-X-Xxxx, Inc. and Seller dated February 16, 20131997, shall terminate.
