Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxxx agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July 1, 2013, at which time the Transportation Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated August 28, 1996, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxxx agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July 1, 2013August 1,2013, at which time the Transportation Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated August 28October 3, 19961997, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxxx agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July December 1, 2013, at which time the Transportation Agreement between Buyer Xxxxxx Industries Die Casting LLC and Seller dated August 28, 1996February 1,2013, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxxx agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July January 1, 20132014, at which time the Transportation Agreement between Buyer R. E. Xxxxxx Company, Inc. and Seller dated August 28, 1996December 16,2013, shall terminate.
