Common use of Initial Telephone Response Clause in Contracts

Initial Telephone Response. If Philips receives a Customer request for service Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM local time, excluding Philips observed holidays, then Philips will make reasonable efforts to make an initial response within one hour from the receipt of the request. Otherwise, Philips will respond within two hours of the receipt of the original message.
