Initial Term and Renewal. This Agreement shall have an initial term of two years from the Effective Date (the “Initial Period”). The Agreement shall automatically renew for subsequent one-year periods after the expiration of the Initial Period and each subsequent one year period (each a “Renewal Period”), unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 6.2.
