Maximum Term. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Option shall in no case be exercisable on or following the expiration date set forth in Section 1.
Maximum Term. Unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, this Option will expire at the close of business on the final trading day immediately prior to the tenth anniversary of the Grant Date.

Maximum Term. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in Exhibit A, no Initial Term may extend beyond the second anniversary of the Distribution Date (as defined in the Separation Agreement), and no Renewal Term may extend beyond the third anniversary of the Distribution Date (as defined in the Separation Agreement).

USE FEES. Use fees, or dues to be paid by you, if such fees are subject to periodic adjustment, may not be raised by CRUNCH more than once in a calendar year.
