INITIAL TRANSITION PERIOD. During the initial period of transition, which is contemplated to take up to approximately six (6) months (but may in fact require a shorter period), Consultant shall assist with and/or perform the following duties: • Work to transition his responsibilities to one or more executives designed by the Company. • Be available for consultation regarding the Company’s business, operations and financial matters. • Provide consultation in all strategic matters being considered by the Company. Consultant acknowledges that the consulting services hereunder will be most active during the initial transition period and may require a higher level of travel than that required after such period.
