Common use of INITIAL TRANSITION PERIOD Clause in Contracts

INITIAL TRANSITION PERIOD. During the initial period of transition, which is contemplated to take up to approximately six (6) months (but may in fact require a shorter or longer period), Consultant shall assist with and/or perform the following duties: • Work to transition his responsibilities to one or more executives designed by the Company. • Be available for consultation regarding manufacturing, procurement, quality and other operational matters. Consultant acknowledges that the consulting services hereunder will be most active during the initial transition period and may require a higher level of travel than that required after such period.

During the initial period of transition, which is contemplated to take up to approximately six (6) months (but may in fact require a shorter or longer period), Consultant shall assist with and/or perform the following duties: • Work to transition his responsibilities to one or more executives designed by the Company. • Be available for consultation regarding manufacturingthe Company’s marketing and sales activities. • Be available for consultation in strategic matters, procurement, quality such as potential new products and other operational matterstechnologies and product enhancements and improvements. Consultant acknowledges that the consulting services hereunder will be most active during the initial transition period and may require a higher level of travel than that required after such period.

INITIAL TRANSITION PERIOD. During the initial period of transition, which is contemplated to take up to approximately six (6) months (but may in fact require a shorter or longer period), Consultant shall assist with and/or perform the following duties: • Work to transition his responsibilities to one or more executives designed by the Company. • Be available for consultation regarding manufacturing, procurement, quality ongoing research and other operational mattersdevelopment activities reporting. • Provide advice and assistance regarding products or technologies as requested by the Company. Consultant acknowledges that the consulting services hereunder will be most active during the initial transition period and may require a higher level of travel than that required after such period.

During the initial period of transition, which is contemplated to take up to approximately six (6) months (but may in fact require a shorter or longer period), Consultant shall assist with and/or perform the following duties: • Work to transition his responsibilities to one or more executives designed by the Company. • Be available for consultation regarding manufacturing, procurement, quality and other operational mattersroutine SEC reporting. • Provide introductions to financial analysts covering the Company. • Provide introductions to the Company’s current top institutional investors. Consultant acknowledges that the consulting services hereunder will be most active during the initial transition period and may require a higher level of travel than that required after such period.

Consultant acknowledges that the consulting services hereunder will be most active during the initial transition period and may require a higher level of travel than that required after such period.
