Initiate Verify Command. The Verify Command causes a verify sequence to be performed. The result of this command is similar to the "aM!" command except that the values generated are fixed test data and the results of diagnostic checksum tests. The data generated in response to this command is placed in the sensor's buffer for subsequent collection using "D" commands. The data will be retained in the sensor until another "M", "C", or "V" command is executed. Command Response Description "aV!"   • E-Verify The Contractor must use the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of all new employees hired during the term of the Contract for the services specified in the Contract. The Contractor must also include a requirement in subcontracts that the subcontractor must utilize the E-Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of all new employees hired by the subcontractor during the Contract term. In order to implement this provision, the Contractor must provide a copy of its DHS Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to the Contract Manager within five (5) calendar days of Contract execution.
