Initiating and Recommending Appointments. 1In assessing staffing needs of the professional librarian component of the Library staff, the UL shall consult with the librarians-in-council, but the final decision in the establishment of librarian positions shall be that of the Vice-President: Academic upon consideration of recommendations of the librarians-in-council and the UL.
