Common use of Initiation of a School Reorganisation Process Clause in Contracts

Initiation of a School Reorganisation Process. 3.1 The Secretary shall notify NZEI Te Riu Roa of the initiation of a school reorganisation process, and the schools involved in that process, as follows: (a) Upon the Minister of Education’s announcement of a school reorganisation process; or (b) At the date the Minister of Education approves an application for two or more schools to enter into a school reorganisation process.
