Initiation of Site Transfer. Transfers of unit members may be initiated by the District management at any time whenever such transfer is necessary in order to avoid reduction in teaching position or to accommodate space limitations. Such transfer will be made so there is a minimum of inconvenience to unit members. Unit members affected by such transfer shall be given prior notice and a conference will be held between the appropriate management person and the unit member in order to discuss the reason for transfer.
