Use of Banked Leave to Replace a Portion of Load. At the option of the unit member, with the approval of the xxxx, banked LHE may be used to replace one or more classes or the equivalent LHE. The application to used banked LHE must be submitted to the xxxx or appropriate administrator no later than the Monday of the third week of instruction of the fall term for use commencing the subsequent spring, or the Monday of the third week of instruction of the spring term for a leave commencing the subsequent fall. The request must be approved by the xxxx or appropriate administrator (in consultation with the department chair) and the appropriate Vice President.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.

  • Union Activity on Premises and/or Access to Premises The Union agrees that neither it, nor its officers, agents, representatives and members will engage in the solicitation of members, holding of meetings or any other Union activities on Hospital premises or on Hospital time without the prior approval of the Hospital, except as specifically provided for in this Agreement.
