Interruptible Basis definition

Interruptible Basis means that Operator shall have the right at any and all times during the term of the applicable Confirmation to decrease or to temporarily or permanently suspend or discontinue the storage service thereunder, with the understanding that neither this Agreement nor the applicable Confirmation electing the Interruptible Basis storage service shall create or be deemed to document an undertaking or obligation of Operator to ensure firm injections or withdrawals of Working Gas into or from the Storage Facility except when Operator is able to and elects to do so.
Interruptible Basis means a level of service committed or made available by Gatherer for gathering and transportation on the Gathering System and Disposal Facilities that has less priority than any other third party producers with firm capacity on the Gathering System and Disposal Facilities; provided, however, Producer shall have higher priority than any other third party producers with interruptible capacity on the Gathering System and Disposal Facilities.
Interruptible Basis means that the Customer is subject to interruption at any time by Moss Bluff in order to provide service to (i) any Firm Basis Customer or(ii) any Interruptible Basis Customer with a higher priority service.

  • The services provided by the Operator pertain to Natural Gas Transmission Services on an Firm Basis and Natural Gas Transmission Services on an Interruptible Basis, Services of Access to the Virtual Trading Point and other services, related to the ones mentioned above, pursuant to the specific provisions of the Network Code.

Interruptible Basis means the obligation of Seller to deliver Gas to the Delivery Point(s), as Scheduled by Buyer or Fuel Manager, except when despite Seller's Best Efforts, Seller is unable to deliver Gas to the Delivery Point(s) as Scheduled by Buyer or Fuel Manager.
Interruptible Basis means, with respect to each Individual System, the lowest level of service offered by Gatherer on such Individual System, which Gatherer may interrupt or curtail at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.

Related to Interruptible Basis

  • Interruptible means that either party may interrupt its performance at any time for any reason, whether or not caused by an event of Force Majeure, with no liability, except such interrupting party may be responsible for any Imbalance Charges as set forth in Section 4.3 related to its interruption after the nomination is made to the Transporter and until the change in deliveries and/or receipts is confirmed by Transporter.
