Injuries, Rehabilitation and Reorientation. A. Consistent with PHT and County policies, if an employee is injured while on duty, the Employer will make every effort to assist the employee in making application for worker’s compensation. In the event the injury is of a nature which will inhibit his/her ability to perform his/her duties, the Employer will make every effort to rehabilitate and reorient the employee to perform duties of a different nature.
