Common use of Inquiry Points Clause in Contracts

Inquiry Points. Within 30 days after this Agreement comes into force, each Party shall notify the other Parties of the entity it has designated as the inquiry point in its territory and its sphere of responsibility, which shall be in charge of responding to all questions and reasonable inquiries from the other Parties and interested persons and providing relevant, up-to-date documents regarding any standards-related measure, approval procedure or metrology-related measure adopted or proposed in its territory by governmental or non-governmental bodies.
