Inquiry Reviews. Upon receipt of an inquiry regarding ROW access, Pole Attachment or duct/innerduct occupancy, CenturyLink will provide CLEC with Exhibit D. CLEC will review the documents and provide CenturyLink with maps of the desired area indicating the routes and entrance points for proposed attachment, proposed occupancy or proposed CLEC construction on CenturyLink owned or controlled poles, duct/innerduct and ROW as well as the street addresses of any multiple tenant environments upon or through which CLEC proposes construction on ROW owned or controlled by CenturyLink. CLEC will include the appropriate inquiry fee with a completed Attachment 1.A from Exhibit D.
