Inspection by Property Owner. The Property Owner shall cause its contractor to conduct annual inspections during the month of of each year. The annual inspection report shall include completion of the checklist described in the approved Operation and Maintenance Plan. The Property Owner or its contractor must submit the inspection report to the City Engineer within 30 days after the annual inspection. A Management and/or Inspection fee established in the City's standard fee schedule shall accompany the annual inspection report.

Inspection by Property Owner. Property Owner shall conduct, or cause to be conducted, inspections of the SMP(s), as needed, but not less than once per year. The purpose of the inspections is to ensure safe and proper functioning of the SMP(s). The inspection shall cover all SMPs and all SMP-associated structures and areas, including, but not limited to, all berms, outlet structure, ponds, and access roads.
Inspection by Property Owner. The Property Owner, at its sole cost and expense, shall conduct annual inspections of all permanent installed BMPs per the Plan. The annual inspection report shall include completion of the checklist described in the approved Stormwater Control Operation and Maintenance Plan. The Property Owner shall submit the Inspection Report on these BMPs to the City Engineer no later than July 15th of each year.

If the Property Owner fails to submit the annual inspection report by December 31st, the [County, City, or Town] or its agents may (but without any obligation to do so) perform the inspection and invoice the Property Owner for the cost in accordance with Sections 3 and 4 below. If the inspection reveals that Facilities are not in good working order, Property Owner, at its own expense, shall undertake necessary action to restore Facilities to good working order.
