Inspection Fee. In order to be eligible to receive the Services as set out herein for Products that have not been previously supported, Products for which support has lapsed, or Other Products, the following will apply:
Inspection Fee. 3.08 On or before the Payment Date, the Developer shall pay to the City the Inspection Fee per hectare of the Development Area as set out in Schedule 2, which shall be in addition to the requirements of paragraph 2.06 herein.
Inspection Fee. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as an item of Additional Rent, an annual fee for Landlord's cost of inspecting the Facility (the "Inspection Fee"). The Inspection Fee shall be payable on January 30 of each Lease Year, including the Extended Term. Commencing on the first anniversary of the date hereof and on each anniversary thereafter during the term of the Loan, deliver to Lender a non-refundable administrative inspection fee in the amount of $1,000.00 (the "Inspection Fee") with respect to the costs associated with Lender's annual inspection of the Property.
Inspection Fee. The words "Inspection Fee" shall mean and refer to an approximate charge of $350.00 due and payable to the Lender, for each and every inspection visit, regardless of the number of lots inspected, and may at Lender's option, be deducted from the amount of any Loan Disbursement or advance under the Loan.
Inspection Fee. Owner shall pay to Manager a semi annual inspection fee of $50.00 to insure that Property is in good repair and that there are no unreported maintenance items which could be hazardous and cause peril to Tenants.
Inspection Fee. 5.19.1 Upon the execution of this Agreement the Developer shall pay to the Council the sum of [20] £[21] in respect of the costs incurred by the Council in the checking of all plans drawings and other details submitted by the Developer, the preparation of this Agreement and inspecting the Section 38 Works and the Section 111/278 Works.

In order to be eligible to receive support services as set out herein for Software that has not been previously supported, for Software where support has lapsed and/or for Other Product, Cisco will have the right to validate that a Software license exists for Software to be supported. Where a valid Software license does not exist, a Software license fee will be payable by Participant to Cisco.
Inspection Fee. The Client agrees to pay the Inspection Fee of $378.00 at, or before, the time of the inspection. If such payment is not received by the time of the Inspection, Client agrees that Clayhill Property Inspection Group may choose not to release the Report until payment is received.
