Annual Inspection Report. Landlord shall have the right, at its sole cost and expense, to conduct an annual inspection of the Premises with a consultant selected by Landlord for the purpose of ensuring that Tenant is complying with its repair and maintenance obligations under this Lease. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, correct or remedy any such noncompliance as soon as reasonably possible (but in all events within 30 days) after being notified in writing by Landlord of any such noncompliance. No such inspection shall release or discharge Tenant from such obligations if such inspection fails to reveal any noncompliance by Tenant with such obligations.

Annual Inspection Report. Annually, the Permittee shall provide an inspection report from a licensed professional to occur each year beginning one year from the date of as-built certification and each year thereafter on or before the date of the as-built certification. A financial statement documenting the available funding established in the escrow account for operation and maintenance of the stormwater control and management facilities must be included as part of the annual inspection report. Annual Inspection Report. The City will provide this exhibit. The property owner, manager, homeowner’s association or landscaper will conduct the inspection of the stormwater treatment measure(s) at least once per year. The reporting period is the calendar year, and the report form shall be mailed to the Stormwater Coordinator by January 10th of the following calendar year. No such inspection shall release or discharge Tenant from such obligations if such inspection fails to reveal any noncompliance by Tenant with such obligations.

  • Construction Reports Each Constructing Entity shall issue reports to each other Construction Party on a monthly basis, and at such other times as reasonably requested, regarding the status of the construction and installation of the Interconnection Facilities. Each Construction Party shall promptly identify, and shall notify each other Construction Party of, any event that the Construction Party reasonably expects may delay completion, or may significantly increase the cost, of the Interconnection Facilities. Should a Construction Party report such an event, Transmission Provider shall, within fifteen days of such notification, convene a technical meeting of the Construction Parties to evaluate schedule alternatives.

In any such case, Lessee shall upon request reimburse Lessor or Lessor's Lender, as the case may be, for the costs and expenses of such inspections.

  • Monthly Reports No later than 10:00 a.m., Chicago, Illinois time, two Business Days prior to each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Trustees and each Rating Agency a Monthly Report.
