Inspection During Construction. 8.5.1 The Contractor shall provide sufficient, safe, and proper facilities, including all equipment and training, as necessary for safe access at all reasonable times for observation and/or inspection of the Work by the Owner and its agents. “Reasonable times” of inspection allow for sufficient monitoring of the quality of materials and installation without substantially impeding the progress of the Work 8.5.2 The Contractor shall not cover up any work with finishing materials or other building components prior to providing the Owner and its agents an opportunity to perform an inspection of the Work. 8.5.2.1 Should corrections of the Work be required for approval, the Contractor shall not cover up corrected Work until the Owner indicates approval. 8.5.2.2 The Contractor shall provide notification of at least ten (10) working days or otherwise as mutually agreed, to the ODR of the anticipated need for a cover-up inspection.
