Inspection prior to delivery. Prior to delivery, Xxxxx Print may enter the Supplier’s premises to make such inspections and tests as may be deemed necessary by Xxxxx Print to ensure that the Goods comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Supplier must give all necessary assistance with such inspections and tests.
Inspection prior to delivery. 10.1 Prior to delivery all Products shall be tested and inspected by ISS at ISS's factory so as to ensure that the Products are in accordance with the specifications.

The Purchaser reserves the right at any time during normal working hours to inspect the manufacture of the Goods, at TOMRA's premises prior to delivery, upon reasonable prior notice to TOMRA at its own cost. No such inspection shall relieve TOMRA of any obligation, responsibility or liability under the Agreement or otherwise.

All Goods shall be subject to inspection and testing by Buyer to the extent practicable at all times and places including the period of manufacture, and in any event prior to final acceptance. If any inspection or test is made by Buyer on the premises of Seller, Seller shall without additional charge provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of Buyer's inspectors in the performance of their duties. No inspection or test made prior to final acceptance shall relieve Seller from responsibility for defects or other failure to meet the requirements of this Purchase Order.
