INSPECTION PRIOR TO USE. Client shall inspect the products before using, fixing or installing the products related to Delivery. Client shall, without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date of the inspection, notify Temet in writing of any defects or failures detected during the inspection.

The Client shall without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date of the inspection notify Swisspearl in writing of all defects detected during the inspection. In the event the Client does not perform the inspection measures customary in the field or does not interrupt the use of the products and notify Swisspearl of the defect as set out above, the Client shall lose its right to present claims on account of the defect.
