Common use of INSPECTION PRIVILEGE Clause in Contracts

INSPECTION PRIVILEGE. It is agreed t hat; Union duties and activities will not be carried on during hours of work, except as provided for in this Agreement. Union officials shall have the right to enter the premises of the Company to satisfy themselves that this Agreement is being observed. The union business agent or their representatives shall have the right to examine time sheets and any other records pertaining to the computation of compensation or fringe benefits of any individual or individuals whose pay is in dispute.
