Inspection, Re-finance, etc. (a) The borrower shall permit inspection of all books of accounts and other records maintained by him in respect of the loan, to officer of IHFL. The borrower shall also permit similar inspection by officers of other companies, banks, institutions or bodies as IHFL may approve and intimate the borrower. (b) IHFL shall have the option to obtain any refinance facility or loan from any bank, company, institution or body, against any security that may have been furnished by the borrower to IHFL. (c) IHFL shall have the authority to make available any information contended in the loan application form and/or any document or paper or a statement submitted to IHFL by or on behalf of the borrower and/or pertaining or relating to the borrower and/or to the loan including as to its repayment conduct, to any rating or other agency or institution or body as IHFL in its sole discretion may deem fit. IHFL shall also have the authority to seek and/ or receive any information as it may deem fit in connection with the loan and/or the borrower from any source or person or entity to whom the borrower hereby authorizes to furnish such information.

  • Collateral Examination Agent shall have completed Collateral examinations and received appraisals, the results of which shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Lenders, of the Receivables, Inventory, General Intangibles, and Equipment of each Borrower and all books and records in connection therewith;

  • Collateral Management Fee Borrower shall pay Lender as additional interest a monthly collateral management fee (the “Collateral Management Fee”) equal to .083% per month calculated on the basis of the daily average amount of the balances under the Revolving Facility outstanding during the preceding month. The Collateral Management Fee shall be payable monthly in arrears on the first day of each successive calendar month (starting with the month in which the Closing Date occurs).

  • Inspection; Compliance Lessor and Lessor's Lender(s) (as defined in Paragraph 8.3(a)) shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times, for the purpose of inspecting the condition of the Premises and for verifying compliance by Lessee with this Lease and all Applicable Laws (as defined in Paragraph 6.3), and to employ experts and/or consultants in connection therewith and/or to advise Lessor with respect to Lessee's activities, including but not limited to the installation, operation, use, monitoring, maintenance, or removal of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank on or from the Premises. The costs and expenses of any such inspections shall be paid by the party requesting same, unless a Default or Breach of this Lease, violation of Applicable Law, or a contamination, caused or materially contributed to by Lessee is found to exist or be imminent, or unless the inspection is requested or ordered by a governmental authority as the result of any such existing or imminent violation or contamination. In any such case, Lessee shall upon request reimburse Lessor or Lessor's Lender, as the case may be, for the costs and expenses of such inspections.

  • Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Thirty-Six Thousand, Eight Hundred Forty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Six Cents ($36,846.26). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout.   • Inspection Reports A "full inspection report" comprises a Site Master File (compiled by the manufacturer or by the inspectorate) and a narrative report by the inspectorate. A "detailed report" responds to specific queries about a firm by the other Party.

  • Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.

  • Construction Management Services a. A-E may be required to review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and/or calculations for temporary structures such as trench shoring, false work and other temporary structural forms. b. A-E may be required to review and advise the County Representative on the overall project schedule, including staging and completion dates, duration, milestones, and interfaces. Immediately notify Representative if the proposed work schedule does not conform to the contract documents, including the plans, specifications, and permits or that may require special inspection or testing, or work stoppage. c. Review on a monthly basis the project schedule and/or Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule submitted by the Construction Contractor. Make recommendations concerning the Construction Contractor’s adherence thereto. Recommend possible solutions to scheduling problems so as to complete the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. d. Review scope of work and identify potential contract change orders. Prepare independent cost estimates for any changes resulting from design revisions or change in field conditions. Prepare and recommend for approval all contract change orders. e. Evaluate the merit of any potential claims or requests for equitable adjustment submitted by the Construction Contractor. Prepare analysis of potential claims include recommendations regarding settlement of the claims. f. Assist County staff in project related issues with other Agencies, or departments, engineering and material testing support firms, CEQA consultants, utilities agencies, etc. g. Assist in community outreach meetings and media relations h. Review for acceptance/approval of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the general Permit of Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, including dewatering/diversion plans per the State’s DeMinimus Permit).

  • Inventory Management The Subrecipient must submit an annual statement identifying the status of all equipment and non-real property items purchased with ESG funds by the contract termination date. The status report should inventory all equipment and non-real properties purchased with ESG funds and state the condition of the equipment and its location.
