Evaluation, Testing, and Monitoring 1. The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing. Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards.

Monitoring and Auditing 7.1. Site visits by Sponsor, CRO and/or another authorized designee (e.g., Study monitor) will be scheduled in advance for times mutually acceptable to the Parties during normal business hours. Sponsor’s, CRO’s and/or authorized designee’s access is subject to reasonable safeguards to ensure confidentiality of medical records and systems.
WARRANTY/QUALITY Unless a longer warranty is called for elsewhere in the Contract, Contractor, manufacturer, or their assigned agents shall guarantee the workmanship, product or Services performed against defective workmanship, defects or failures of materials for a minimum period of one (1) year from District’s written approval of the Work. All workmanship and merchandise must be warranted to be in compliance with applicable California energy, conservation, environmental, and educational standards.
Monitoring and Audit 7.12.1 To deter unauthorized access events, a warning or no trespassing message will be displayed at the point of initial entry (i.e., network entry or applications with direct entry points). Each Party should have several approved versions of this message. Users should expect to see a warning message similar to this one: "This is a(n) (AT&T-21STATE or WSP) system restricted to Company official business and subject to being monitored at any time. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring and to any evidence of unauthorized access, use, or modification being used for criminal prosecution."
