INSPECTION WAIVER. Should BUYER indicate in Paragraph 10 of this Agreement that a home inspection will not be performed, or should BUYER fail to have the above inspection completed within the times specified, then BUYER shall be deemed to have WAIVED SUCH INSPECTION and shall be considered as HAVING ACCEPTED THE PROPERTY ABSOLUTELY AND FINALLY IN ITS PRESENT “AS IS” CONDITION, and neither SELLER nor any agent having anything to do with this transaction shall have any further liability or obligation to BUYER as to such Inspections or Agreement conditions.

INSPECTION WAIVER. Seller shall perform a First Article Inspection (FAI) in accordance with AS/EN/SJAC 9102, Aerospace First Article Inspection Requirement, if any of these events are applicable: • The first production run of a new product; • Design change; • Materials or sources change; • It has been more than 2 years since the part was produced; • Change in process, tools or location. If none of the above occurred, the Seller is not required to perform a new First Article Inspection (FAI). The original FAI for the current production run should be kept on file and made available to the Buyer, upon request. If any of the events described above occurred, the Seller shall perform a First Article Inspection (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 - Aerospace First Article Inspection Requirements. FAI is required for unique single run production orders not intended for on-going production, regardless of exclusion in AS9102 (section 1.3. Application).
INSPECTION WAIVER. Transferee acknowledges that Transferee had the opportunity to conduct an inspection of the physical and economic condition of the Property and hereby expressly waives any opportunity to conduct any further inspection. Transferee hereby waives any objections to Closing based upon the condition of the Property (including any personal property acquired by Transferee pursuant to this Agreement).
INSPECTION WAIVER. (Initials) BUYER elects to waive each professional inspection to which BUYER has not indicated “YES.” Any failure by BUYER to perform any inspection indicated “YES” herein is a waiver of such inspection and shall be deemed absolute acceptance of the Property by BUYER in its “AS IS” condition.

  • Right of Inspection Buyer shall have the right to inspect the goods at the time and place of delivery, and within 5 business days after delivery, Buyer must give notice to Seller of any claim for damages on account of the condition, quality, or grade of the goods, and Buyer must specify in detail the basis of such claim. The failure of Buyer to comply with these conditions shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods by Buyer.

  • Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.
