Common use of INSPECTIONS (HOME ORIENTATION) Clause in Contracts

INSPECTIONS (HOME ORIENTATION). A. After substantial completion of all of the work on SouthEnd Terraces and the Townhome shown in the Plans and prior to Closing, Purchaser agrees that it shall inspect the Townhome with representatives of Seller or any contractor engaged by Seller, become thoroughly familiar with their condition, and complete an inspection list, noting any work required to be completed or corrected in order for the Townhome to conform to the Plans, including any visible surface defects which were present at the time of that inspection and such other defects as were apparent at inspection (the “Inspection List”).
