Installation and Maintenance of Meters. The quantity of Project Water delivered by the Cooperative to each Point of Connection or the quantity of Water Offsets taken by a Project Participant shall be exclusively measured by a Meter. The Cooperative shall own, install, maintain and read each Meter. The type of Meter shall be selected at the discretion of the Cooperative, subject to compliance with industry standards for similar Meters.
